Junior Church is back (from 5 September 2021)
Due to many Government restrictions being lifted, Junior Church has started again.
From 5 September 2021, it will happen weekly, except on the last Sunday of the month when the 9.30am service will be a service of All-Age Worship, with NO communion and NO Junior Church.
Please drop off and collect your children directly at the Oxted Community Hall.
The sessions are slightly different to before but still include activities (indoors and outdoors), Bible stories and prayer. Please ensure children have coats on if the weather is cold. We have a risk assessment in place and are taking measures to ensure we reduce the risk of virus transmission.
Usually, we have Junior Church on every Sunday during the 9.30am service. Children ages 4-11 are welcome to come to the Oxted Community Hall at the start of worship, where they will meet other children, and enjoy music, craft activities, prayer and informal teaching.
Our informal cafe service meets on Sunday afternoons at 4.30pm. Although there is no separate Junior Church session, the relaxed nature of the service is more conducive to and inclusive of children. This service does not usually meet in the school holidays.
